Masterchef Ireland winner, Mary Carney use her fame as Ireland&#039;s top amateur chef to launch a Christmas fundraising initiative Dine@Mine in aid of the Irsh Hospice Foundation {IHF}. Mary&#039;s employer, eircom, came on board as sponsor for Dine@Mine which aimed to raise funds for care of people, including children, of all illnesses around the country who are facing the end of their life.<br />
