A CD box set was created accompanied by a 64-page cloth-bound book illustrated by U2’s Bono and his daughters Jordan and Eve. The book was officially launched on October 1 2003. The original art work by Bono, with canvases up to 20 foot long went on an exhibition tour of three countries.
